Foundation66 is a registered charity employing 200 members of staff. We are passionate about enabling people with a history of substance misuse to build independence and self-esteem. We are now looking for someone to be a key member of the HR team to help support this vital work.
This is a Senior Role within the HR team and will play a key role in providing support and advice to managers.
Reporting into the Assistant Director of HR and working as part of a small HR team, you will have responsibility for operational HR issues. You can expect exposure to all aspects of HR activity, and in conjunction with line managers and key stakeholders; you will have the opportunity to utilise your people skills and broad generalist HR knowledge, to deliver HR solutions aligned to key business strategies. Solid experience of dealing with complex employee relations issues and handling TUPE transfers, along with supporting managers in the delivery of organisational change processes is essential.
You will need to be able to demonstrate your commitment to providing excellent customer service, consultative by nature with experience of advising and coaching managers on a wide variety of people issues. Capable of hitting the ground running with demonstrable ability to operate in a fast moving working environment providing timely, consistent and effective support advice and guidance to line managers and staff.

Essential
CIPD qualified
Proven HR generalist skill set
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong influencing and relationship building skills
Good working knowledge of current employment legislation and its application within the workplace
Ability to problem solve and find solutions to complex issues
Ability to work with minimal supervision and to make decisions using own initiative
Ability to provide proactive and practical solutions on a variety of people and employment matters
Experience of analysing and interpreting data
Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
A methodical, well organised, calm and professional approach
Self motivated with a high level of integrity
Desirable
Experience of payroll/ payroll administration
