An important part of FOUNDATION66's  mission is offering advice and information to the general public about issues relating to the use or misuse of drugs or alcohol. If you need to speak to someone in confidence about your own or a concerned other's alcohol or drug use, please call your local Foundation66 service (click here for a full list of our services) to speak to a counsellor and/ or make an appointment.     Carers Direct is a national information, advice and support service for carers in England. It offers a free and confidential helpline that is open seven days a week. They can be reached by telephone on 0808 802 0202. Alternatively, their website can be accessed here.
