Paul Jenkins
Paul Jenkins is a director of Westminster Primary Care Trust in London leading the local NHS modernisation programme.
Prior to merger, Paul was involved with Rugby House since the mid 1990’s as a commissioner of services. He later joined the Management Committee in 2001, taking the chair in 2004 through 2009.
