Nick Sweet, Director of Corporate Services
Nick Sweet, joined ARP, now Foundation66, in February 2005 from the National Housing Federation where he was National Supporting People Co-ordinator. Previously he was with Metropolitan Housing Partnership for five years, as area manager and latterly, as Quality and Strategy Manager. Nick has extensive experience of leadership and senior management experience as well as national and organisational strategy and policy development.
Sandra Lawrence, Assistant Director of Human Resources
Sandra joined Foundation66 in May 2009, as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and heads our new HR Service. Sandra’s career in human resources started in 1987 and she has gone on to hold senior appointments in both the voluntary and private sector, leading on organisational development projects, restructuring, strategy development and implementation. Sandra is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and also an experienced Investors in People Assessor, Business Coach and Adviser.
