Foundation66 Croydon Community Drug Agency (CDA)  offers community-based support, advice and information around the harmful effects of drugs. The CDA works exclusively in the London Borough of Croydon.

How we work at Croydon CDA

Croydon CDA is a safe space where individuals receive support, help and advice around their use of drugs. We offer non-judgemental support to those who want to make changes to their lives, by acknowledging and addressing the problems caused by their drug use.

What we offer at Croydon CDA

  • Structured group programme
  • Drug awareness workshops
  • Counselling service
  • Confidential needle exchange
  • Drop-in - with internet access and activities
  • Rapid access prescribing service
  • One-to-one and group support
  • Alternative therapies - acupuncture, shiatsu, reflexology
  • Support for family, friends and carers

We also provide:

  • Jobcentre Plus surgeries - providing advice
  • and information about benefi ts, training and
  • back-to-work programmes
  • Housing advice and information surgeries
  • provided by WDP
  • Health assessments - screening for
  • Hepatitis and vaccination against
  • Hepatitis B
  • Referrals to other appropriate services
  • Smoking cessation clinics

Croydon CDA: Who we help

At Croydon CDA, we offer a support service for:

  • People aged 18 and over
  • Residents of the Borough of Croydon needing support around their drug use
  • Family, friends and carers affected by an individual’s drug use
  • Please note that Croydon CDA does not usually work with those whose primary concern is their alcohol use

Referral to Croydon CDA

If you, or someone you know, need to access our services this can be done in a number of ways:

  • You can visit us in one of our drop-in sessions (see drop-in times below)
  • You can ring for an appointment
  • Referring agencies can refer by telephone, letter, sign-posting or escorting the client toour service
