Who we help
Our service is here to help adults affected by alcohol or other drug use, from most
London boroughs*, who are:
-
Aged 18 years or over
-
Engaged with an alcohol or drug day
service or a floating support service -
Homeless, inappropriately housed
-
or moving on from supported
accommodation or residential treatment
*Our service is available in all London boroughs except: City of London, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Havering, Kensington & Chelsea, Kingston, Merton and Richmond.

Referral
If you need to use our service, you can get our referral forms from the Housing Options Team at the address below, or by downloading them below. The forms can be returned to us by e-mail, fax or post.
Referrals are accepted from key workers and participating agencies. Service-users, or their friends and families can refer to us through their key workers or through other health and social care professionals.
