Our service helps people with alcohol and drug problems to understand the housing options that are open to them. We also provide support and guidance in accessing these options.

The forms can be returned to us by e-mail, fax or post. Referrals are accepted from key workers and participating agencies. Service-users, or their friends and families can refer to us through their key workers or through other health and social care professionals.
