Lewisham Tenancy Support
Lewisham Tenancy Support Service aims to improve the quality of life to Lewisham residents experiencing housing problems that are related to their substance misuse.

- Enabling service users to address the underlying causes of their substance misuse.
- Helping people to access meaningful occupation and employment
Who we help
The service is for people who:
- Live in the London Borough of Lewisham.
- Have a problem with the sustainment of their tenancy and a related substance misuse problem.
- Are at least 18 years of age.
- Have assessed needs, which indicate that they will benefit from the service.
Referral
The usual hours of operation are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday – there is an office duty system operating two days a week on a Tuesday and a Friday.
A limited service can be provided from 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday subject to staff availability and service requirements.
