Lambeth Tenancy Support Service
Lambeth Tenancy Support Service aims to improve the quality of life to Lambeth residents experiencing housing problems related to their problematic use of alcohol or drugs.
What we do
- Help prevent tenancy breakdown
- Encourage settled, independent living
- Promote healthy communities
- Minimise antisocial behavior
- Enable service users to address the underlying causes of their substance misuse.
- Help people to access meaningful occupation and employment
Who we help
Our service is for people who:
- live in the London Borough of Lambeth.
- have a problem with the sustainment of their tenancy and a related substance misuse problem.
- are at least 18 years of age
- have assessed needs, which indicate that they will benefit from the service
Referral
The usual hours of operation are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday – there is an office duty system operating two days a week on a Tuesday and a Friday.
A limited service can be provided from 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday subject to staff availability and service requirements.
