Chair - Ian Jones
Formerly Chair of ARP, Ian began his career in LB Southwark’s Housing Department, rising through various posts in housing management, housing policy and development to become Chief Policy and Development Officer. In this role he was responsible for housing strategy, housing development initiatives, private sector housing and major estate regeneration projects.
Ian joined the Family Housing Group in 1993, initially as the Regional Director for the South London Region. In 2000 he was appointed as Group Director for Development & Regeneration with responsibility for Family’s development programmes, asset management, community regeneration and tenant participation work. Since July 2006 Ian has worked as an independent housing consultant.
